Combination Classes

Our combination classes are designed by combining any of the standard class formats. Examples include:

STEP INTERVAL
Approximately 5 minutes of step and 2 minutes of resistance training intermittently.

STEP/BLT
First half step followed by body sculpting for the Butt, Legs and Thighs

STEP and SCULPT
Half step and half body sculpting

KICK INTERVAL
Approximately 5 minutes of kickboxing and 2 minutes resistance training intermittently.

KICK and KUTT
Half kickboxing and half body sculpt

20/20/20
Three formats in one class (e.g., step, kickboxing and sculpt)

RESIST-A-BALL WORKOUT
Body sculpting using the resist-a-ball with an emphasis on alignment and core-muscle stabilization.

BODY BAR WORKOUT
Body sculpting exclusively using the body bar.

RIP, ROPE and RIDE
A combination of spinning/cycling, jump rope and body sculpt.

RIP, ROPE and REACH
A combination of spinning/cycling, jump rope and extensive stretching.

GOSPEL AEROBICS, STEP or SPIN
These great formats as designed, yet with the tunes of gospel music.

CROSS TRAINING
A combination of various formats. A favorite example includes: step, sculpt, running, plyometrics and jump rope.
