DOUBLE STEP
STEP...yet; two steps are used per person throughout the workout.

SCULPT or BODY SCULPTING
Strength and muscle definition conditioning for the entire body! This awesome anaerobic workout is designed to challenge your muscles with the use of hand weights, bands (tubing), resist-a-balls, medicine balls, body bars AND your very own body weight.

AB WORKOUTS
A short, yet powerful workout that concentrates solely on strengthening and toning the abdominal muscle and lower back.

KICKBOXING
Condition the entire body…especially the abdominal muscle in this mental toughness class! This workout is actually lo-impact, yet HIGH cardio and intense. Moves are simple to follow. Lots of variety: kicks, punches, jump rope drills, body ring formations and more!

SPINNING/CYCLING
This BIKE workout stimulates flat and hill training by utilizing varied resistance and body positions. This indoor cycle class takes you on a high cardio, all-terrain journey!

LO-IMPACT AEROBICS
Back to the basics! This high-energy low impact is a cardiovascular workout that entails lots of movement on the floor using a combination of arm and leg movements. This workout will help to enhance heart health and calorie expenditure with less stress on the joints.

HI-LO
Cardio challenge! An intense energy-filled workout composed of high and lo-impact "festive" combinations! No step, just you, the floor and loads of fun!

FLEXIBILITY TRAINING
A combination of dynamic and static stretches that will increase total-body flexibility, improve posture and alignment.

FUNK/HIP HOP
Dance choreography, that is easy to learn, taught to 8-counts and "smooth" from beginning to end. This class provides a great cardiovascular workout with loads of energy that is performed to the latest and hottest tunes. You will feel like you are ready for a music video!

AQUA TRAINING
Water's viscosity provides the resistance to tone and strengthen the body's muscles. Enjoy an invigorating workout, with less stress on the joints, in the water's buoyant and gravity free environment.

CIRCUIT TRAINING/ATHLETIC CONDITIONING
Guess what? Absolutely no choreography! Timed stations composed of both cardiovascular options and resistance training options are set up around the room. Participants start at one station and travel around the room, on the instructor's cue until all stations have been conquered!
